ICT’s (Information and communication technology) with a new process called globalization encompasses not only the economy but also the whole structures governing in men’s Life and even his or her thougth and created a new condition called digital and thought slavery. In this article, it has been tried to pose and define such concepts as globalization, ICT’s and digital slavery and the relations among them and explain the new conditions created by them.</span> <br /><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">The method of this study has been fundemental – theoretical in its purpose and based on the rational – logical reasoning and documentary in its administration and based on theoretical base. The findings and reasonings of this article suggest that today slavery imoses in new form and condition and the gap between the developed contries reljed on Information and services indusrty and the nondigital contries relied on natural resources has been increased extraordinarily.</span> با ورود ابزارهای جدید موسوم به ابزارهای ارتباطی دیجیتالی به عرصۀ جهان، انقلابی در شیوۀ زندگی و مناسبات جهانی شکل گرفت که دامنه و شدت تأثیرگذاری آن بر نوع بشر به‌مراتب بیشتر از انقلاب صنعتی بود و طی چند دهه چنان تغییراتی در جهان به وجود آمد که کل تاریخ بشر شاهد آن نبوده است. ورود ICT‌ها (فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات) با فرایندی به نام جهانی‌شدن همراه گشت که دامنۀ آن نه‌تنها اقتصاد بلکه کل ساختارهای دیگر حاکم بر زندگی بشر را در برگرفته و از آن مهم‌تر حتی اندیشۀ انسان‌ها را نیز درنوردیده و چیرگی جدیدی بر انسان‌ها مطرح شده که به‌ظاهر هویدا نیست و جنبۀ الزام فیزیکی ندارد، بلکه جنبۀ ایدئولوژیکی- اندیشه‌ای دارد که با ابزارهای ارتباطی جدید صورت گرفته و عنوان بردگی دیجیتالی به خود می‌گیرد. در این مقاله تلاش می‌شود مفاهیم جهانی‌شدن،ICT‌ها و بردگی دیجیتالی مطرح و تعریف و ارتباط آنها با همدیگر مشخص گردد و وضعیت جدید پیش‌آمده در جهان تبیین شود.<br />روش مطالعه در این پژوهش ازنظر هدف بنیادی نظری و مبتنی بر استدلال عقلانی- منطقی و ازنظر اجرا اسنادی و مبتنی بر مبانی نظری بوده است. یافته‌ها و استدلال‌های این مقاله حاکی از این است که امروزه بردگی با شکل و شرایط جدیدی اعمال می‌شود و شکاف بین کشورهای توسعه‌یافتۀ دیجیتالی متکی بر صنعت اطلاعات و خدمات و کشورهای غیردیجیتالی مبتنی بر منابع اولیه به‌شدت افزایش یافته است. https://jsr.ut.ac.ir/article_61864_6705bd0b346396537418b3fdc8ba69af.pdf
