مطالعه رابطه میان مهارت‌های ارتباطی و شخصیت جامعه‌پسند در میان جوانان ۲۰ تا ۳۵ ساله شهر تهران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت رابطه میان مهارت‌های ارتباطی و شخصیت جامعه‌پسند در میان جوانان شهر تهران انجام شده است. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی است و با تکنیک پیمایش و ابزار گردآوری پرسشنامه انجام شده است. برای سنجش مهارت‌های ارتباطی از پرسشنامه و 34 گویه‌ای مهارت‌های ارتباطی کوئین‌دام (2004) و برای سنجش وضعیت شخصیت جامعه‌پسند جوانان از پرسشنامه 29 گویه‌ای شخصیت جامعه‌پسند صفاری‌نیا (1391) استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه جوانان ۲۰تا ۳۵ ساله شهر تهران بوده و تعداد 203 نفر از جوانان براساس فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چهار مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که میان توانایی دریافت و ارسال پیام با نگاه از منظردیگران، استدلال اخلاقی دوجانبه، استدلال اخلاقی جهت‌گیری شده رابطه مثبت قوی و معنی‌دارمشاهده می‌شود. همچنین بین کنترل عاطفی با استدلال اخلاقی دوجانبه، استدلال اخلاقی جهت‌گیری شده، بین مهارت گوش دادن با استدلال اخلاقی دوجانبه، استدلال اخلاقی جهت‌گیری شده رابطه مثبت قوی و معنی‌دارمشاهده می‌شود. بین توانایی دریافت و ارسال پیام و مهارت گوش‌دادن با پریشانی فردی رابطه منفی و معنی ‌دار وجود دارد. بین مهارت گوش دادن با وضعیت کلی شخصیت جامعه پسند، همچنین بین بینش نسبت به فرایند ارتباط با مسئولیت اجتماعی، نگاه از منظردیگران، استدلال اخلاقی دوجانبه، استدلال اخلاقی جهت‌گیری شده رابطه مثبت قوی و معنی‌دار مشاهده می‌شود. بین بینش نسبت به فرایند ارتباط با پریشانی فردی رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار وجود دارد. بینش نسبت به فرایند ارتباط با وضعیت کلی شخصیت جامعه پسند، رابطه مثبت قوی و معنی‌دار مشاهده می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between communication skills and community-friendly personality among young people aged 20 to 35 years in Tehran. The research is descriptive-correlational and has been done with survey technique and questionnaire collection tool. To assess the communication skills of the studied youth from the standard questionnaire and 34 items of communication skills Quindam (2004) with five components (ability to receive and send messages, emotional control, listening skills, insight into the communication process, communication with reality ) To assess the status of youth-friendly personality of the standard and 29-item questionnaire of social-friendly personality of Saffarinia (2012) with seven subscales (social responsibility, empathetic communication, looking from the perspective of others, personal distress, mutual moral reasoning, moral reasoning orientation - others and self-reported altruism) were used

The statistical population of the study included all young people aged 20 to 35 years in Tehran and 203 young people were selected based on Cochran's formula and multi-stage cluster sampling. Findings showed that there is a strong and meaningful positive relationship between the ability to receive and send messages with a view from the perspective of others, mutual moral reasoning, and oriented moral reasoning. There is a negative and meaningful relationship between the ability to receive and send messages and personal distress. Finally, there is a strong and meaningful positive relationship between the ability to receive and send messages and the general status of a socially friendly personality.
