.It has been almost two decades since a different atmosphere from what previously dominated the university has taken hold. The purpose of this article is to question how this difference is based on the students' narrative Based on the constructivist nature of the study, the paradigm of interpretive research is qualitative, and the method used to collect data is Charmez's constructivist grounded theory.the study population includes all students studying in M.A level in Ilam University in 2025. 14 students studying in this university were selected as the study sample by theoretical and purposive sampling and based on theoretical saturation principle. In order to collect data, the semi structured interview was used.
The data analysis strategy was conducted through the open, axial, and selective coding method. The findings of this study include 11 main categories including: the role of the teacher is rationalized, the identity of education is collapsed, the political obstruction, the weakness of student spontaneity, double failure, spatial alienation, opportunity conflict, the futility of the science field, lack of scientific fruitfulness and sterile ecology.
Finally, the result of thinking about the findings of this study is the joyful discovery of the theory of pedagogical anomie. This theory is focused on the fact that a university system abandoned in every aspect can lead to chaos, indifference, ambiguity, insecurity, failure, and despair in the academic environment.
