Urban suburban dwellers, lives are dominated by pathological discourse. The current study tries to rely on the lived experiences of local residents of Naysar from living in this isolated urban area in order to know their lives by emphasizing their own narratives and to seek to deviate from the pathological discourse. Researchers have applied a qualitative method and an interpretive phenomenological approach to identify, describe and explain this. Participants in the interview are 32 Nayser residents who were in-depth and semi-structured interviewed. Findings from the description and narration of the lived experience of residents include 7 main categories: Experiencing social elimianation and social overthrow, complex tensions and daily violence, feelings of chronic poverty, interuption of dependency from feelings of spatial shame, on- credit - borrowed life , becoming a survival Charity, spatial dehumanization and the decline of life. The findings show that the situation prevailing in Nayser and the lived experience of its inhabitants in this area, rather than the result of individual choice, is related to the mechanism and logic of the relations of forces that produce and reproduce Naysar. In the prevailing (pathological) discourse, the mechanism of power and the relations of forces are left out. The marginalized living world, on the other hand, must be read in relation to the forces and mechanisms that produce and reproduce this situation. Residents had a dramatic narrative of their lived experience that results from the decline of social life and the structural violence they experience on a daily basis, leading to their exclusion from society. . It is certain that this situation and these lived experiences are not natural and should not be Epochéd.
