Lawyers consider unemployment to be the source of many crimes, therefore, with the establishment of a workshop in the prison, the upbringing of normal prisoners is considered. According to the prison regulations, the work in the workshops was only for ordinary prisoners. The main question of the present article is to examine the quality of prisoners' work and the relationship between employers and workers in prison workshops. One of the complexities of the current issue is that ordinary prisoners who were sentenced to prison and then worked as workers in workshops, Can they be placed within the framework of the working class in terms of class principles? And the more important question is whether there are conceptual differences between "imprisoned workers" and "working prisoners"? The article is based on the hypothesis that imprisoned workers cannot be considered members of the working class, Because turning a prisoner into a worker was part of the authority of prison officials and they were who made the final decision whether to hire someone in the factories as a worker or not. For this reason, the workers did not have much choice in choosing the type of work, and preparing a strike for the behavior of the prison authorities. Research findings confirm this that Prisoner workers can not be considered blue-collar workers and For this reason, the author coined the term "exploitation of power 2" to explain the situation of "worker prisoners" or orange collar workers to distinguish it from the exploitation of "imprisoned workers" or blue-collar workers.
