گونه‏شناسی کارگران مهاجر فصلی برحسب رفتارهای پرخطر در شهر تهران: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی وضعیت زندگی کارگران فصلی مهاجر و گونه‏شناسی آنان بر حسب رفتارهای پرخطر در شهر تهران می‌پردازد. روش تحقیق، کیفی می‌باشد که داده‏های مورد نیاز از طریق مشاهده و مصاحبه با کارگران فصلی احصا شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که کارگران فصلی از وضعیت نامناسبی به لحاظ وضعیت خواب و استراحت، تغذیه و درامد برخوردارند. همچنین نتایج بیانگر آن است که بر اساس رفتارهای پرخطر، می‌توان کارگران فصلی را به سه گروه مستعد آسیب، آسیب پذیر و آسیب زا، گونه شناسی کرد.

چکیده [English]

The present study examined the condition of seasonal migrant workers in Tehran and the typology of them in terms of risky behavior and social pathology. The research method is qualitative methods (case study). findings indicated that seasonal workers in terms of general features such as nutrition, sleep , rest and revenues are in poor condition, the typology of seasonal workers in terms of risky behavior and social pathology showed Seasonal workers could be classified as following groups: at risk group, vulnerable group  and trouble making group.
