جابجایی پایگاه اجتماعی دهقانان ایرانی در گستره تاریخی: ساختار طبقاتی روستا و تطور طبقاتی در ایران

چکیده

این مقاله ادعا می‌کند که با وجود تغییراتی که در قرن بیست و یکم رخ داده، هنوز هم دهقانان باید مورد توجه صاحب نظران علوم اجتماعی قرار بگیرند. این مقاله در این راستا به تحولات پایگاه اجتماعی دهقانان ایرانی در یک گستره تاریخی می‌پردازد. صاحب نظران ایرانی مدت‌های طولانی مزیت‌های نظری دهقانان ایرانی به عنوان عنصری که به فهم سازوکارهای بازتولید شیوه‌های تولید کشاورزی سنتی حتی در دهه‌های اول قرن بیست و یکم کمک می‌کند را نادیده گرفته‌اند. این مقاله با تمرکز بر مالکیت خصوصی[1] و تاثیر آن بر بازتولید جامعه دهقانی ایرانی به این مساله می‌پردازد. استدلال من این است که از آنجا که صاحب نظران توسعه، وزن نظری کافی به مالکیت خصوصی نداده اند، تبیین سازوکارهای بازتولید جامعه دهقانی ایران و شیوه تولید همراه آن به یک ضرورت تبدیل شده است. من رویکرد تیلور[2] به شیوه‌های تولیدی را برای تبیین این نکته به کار می‌برم که شکل گیریهای اقتصادی-اجتماعی بومی و الزامات محلی، تعیین کننده‌ی جایگاه نظری دهقانان ایرانی هستند. این مقاله همچنین استدلال می‌کند که چنین شرایطی به نوبه‌ی خود منجر به ساخت طبقاتی ماندگار در جامعه دهقانی ایران شده بطوریکه این جامعه توانسته خود را به قرن بیست و یکم برساند. قابل ذکر است که این مقاله خیلی خلاصه به دوره‌ی بعد از 1360 نیز می‌پردازد زیرا ادبیات و مطالب موجود در مورد تاریخ جامعه دهقانی ایران تا آن زمان از نظر نظری و روش شناسی کافی نیست. درنتیجه، لازم است مطالبی برای فهم شکل‌گیریهای اجتماعی در روستاهای ایران بر اساس توضیحاتی فراهم آید که در این مقاله ارائه می‌شود.
